Minimum age: the Website is intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you may use the Website only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Educational-Only Disclaimer

This Website provides educational content only and does not sell products. The Website does not operate an online shop, does not process orders, and does not provide product fulfillment, warranties, or returns.

Course materials may discuss scooter components, product features, and practical consulting conversations. That information is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection, manufacturer service instructions, or safety checks performed by a qualified technician.

3. Description of the Website and Content

The Website offers information about an educational course that covers scooters, scooter components, product features, customer consulting, and sales communication. Content may include explanations, diagrams or terminology references, checklists, examples of customer discovery questions, and guidance for translating specifications into plain language.

The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, expand, reduce, or remove content at any time, including the structure of modules, the order of topics, or examples used to explain trade-offs (such as wheel diameter, urethane hardness, bearing fit, brake modulation, headset preload, and clamp interfaces).

4. Registration and Contact Requests

The Website may allow you to submit forms to request information about the course. When you submit a form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge. You must not submit information that belongs to someone else without their permission.

We use the information you submit to respond to your request and provide course-related communication. For details about how we process personal data, retention periods, and your rights, please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
